Twenty four clauses. Compressed: a request is a request, a reservation belongs to the operator, nothing is paid to us, and nothing here is a claim about the safety of a car.

01Scope

  1. Reading or using this site is acceptance of these clauses as they read today. Declining them means not using the site, which costs nothing since the site charges nothing.
  2. The operator of the site is Heron Junction Parking LLC, an Arizona limited liability company at 1661 North Swan Road, Tucson, AZ 85712, telephone +1 (520) 886-3174. These clauses bind you and that company.
  3. Dated August 7, 2026. A substantive revision earns a dated line at the bottom.

02The nature of the business

  1. Heron Junction arranges reservations. It receives a run of dates, asks independent lot operators near Tucson International what is open, quotes their daily figure, and places the reservation.
  2. No parking ground is owned here. Not a lot, not a van, not an attendant, and no policy of ours reaches a vehicle. Every clause below descends from that one.
  3. Independence. Heron Junction is an independent reservations service, and independent is meant strictly: no airline, no hotel chain, no government body, no airport operator and no other brand sponsors this desk, endorses it or has any connection with it whatsoever.
  4. No act is performed on a vehicle by anybody arranged through this site. Washing, charging, starting, covering, adjusting, moving and opening are all outside what is offered, and a request for any of them is declined rather than forwarded.

03Requests, quotes, reservations

  1. A submitted form is a request and nothing more. Not a booking. Not an acceptance. Not a commitment binding anybody.
  2. A quote states the operator's figure for named dates together with whatever additions apply to them.
  3. A reservation begins to exist when you accept a quote and it is placed. Before that moment no space is held.
  4. The parking agreement runs between you and the operator. This desk arranges it and stands outside it.
  5. Ground, gate, van and the vehicle standing on that ground are the operator's responsibility. Your own insurance covers your side.
  6. Where a reservation placed from here is not honoured, report it and it will be pursued with the operator rather than deflected back to them.

04Money

  1. Nothing is paid here. No page on this site accepts money, holds it, runs a card or asks for card details. No basket, no checkout, no invoice exists. The operator collects, on terms the quote names in advance.
  2. What this desk earns. A commission from the operator on a reservation that is honoured. You are charged no fee, and the figure quoted is the operator's own rather than theirs with our margin added.
  3. Refunds are impossible from us because nothing reaches us. Money that has passed to an operator falls under their terms, and the cancellation policy prints the windows.
  4. Nothing is shipped or delivered. No physical article exists in this business. Stated rather than passed over.

05What is refused rather than claimed

  1. Figures printed here are floors, labelled as floors, and dated. They are neither quotes nor promises about any operator's charges.
  2. No assertion of any kind is made about the safety of a vehicle. No license is held, no insurance covering a car is held, and no number is printed because none exists.
  3. Availability at every hour is not offered. Urgent acceptance is not offered. Freedom from additional charges is not offered. A generous cancellation window is not offered. Confirmation on this desk's own authority is not offered. Coverage beyond one metropolitan area is not offered. Each of those sits as false, with a written reason, in the claims sheet on the front page and in site-manifest.json.
  4. Nothing on this site is guidance about a vehicle, about insurance, or about any legal question.

06Material and conduct

  1. Text, photographs, layout and code belong to Heron Junction Parking LLC. Read them, print a copy for yourself, quote them with a credit. Wholesale republication is refused, as is use of anything here to train a model or fill another site.
  2. Do not interfere with the site or its forms, and do not push anything unlawful, automated or commercial through a form.

07Liability, notice, law

  1. So far as law permits, this desk carries no liability for anything arising from use of the site, and where liability survives exclusion it stops at the sum you have paid us, which is zero. Notice reaches stalls@heronjunction.com for reservations, records@heronjunction.com for records, and clause 2's address for anything formal. Arizona law and federal law govern, the courts of Pima County hold jurisdiction, and the failure of one clause leaves the rest standing.
