Reserve
Reserve a Run of Days - Send the Booking Request and Check Availability
One form, eleven fields, and not one of them is a card. Sending it is a request rather than a booking: what comes back is a rate for your available dates, and nothing is held until you agree to it.
01Before you fill it in
Four things worth knowing, because they save a round of messages.
- Give both real dates. A run described as about a week gets quoted as a week. If it turns out to be nine days, the operator prices the extra two on their overrun terms.
- Describe the vehicle honestly, including anything on it. A bed cap, a roof box, a bike rack or a trailer hitch changes which stall fits. A car that does not fit its stall is the most common cause of a failed drop off, and it is the one thing this desk cannot detect from here.
- The grade of stall is a preference, not a product. Leave it on advise me and the quote will say which grade suits your month and length of stay.
- Nothing is held yet. You get a rate, you agree, then it is placed with the operator.
02What happens after you send it
- 1We read itInside desk hours, in the order things arrive. Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- 2We check the mileSeveral lots for your exact run of dates, not one, and the grade that suits the month.
- 3You get the numberA daily rate for the band plus every addition that applies, by return message or by telephone. Nothing held, nothing owed.
- 4You agree, and it is placedThen the operator's street address, gate hours, van hours and day of travel number come back.
Inside desk hours a first answer normally lands the same working day. A request that arrives on Saturday or Sunday waits for Monday, because nobody is here.
03If you would rather talk
Telephone +1 (520) 886-3174 and speak to a specialist. The desk is worked Monday to Friday between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Arizona keeps Mountain Standard Time the whole year and never moves its clocks, so that window is the same in July as in January while the rest of the country shifts twice. Saturday and Sunday nobody is here, and anything sent then is answered on Monday.
There is no queue behind that number because there is nobody else to pass you to. Anything taken down by voice is repeated back out loud before it is treated as agreed. That reads as fussiness until the afternoon it catches a drop off written into the wrong month.
04What this form is not
- Not a payment. No card field, no basket, no checkout, and no charge of any kind on this site.
- Not a confirmed booking. It is a request. The confirmation of a held stall comes from the operator after you agree to a rate.
- Not a request for anything to be done to the car. Nothing is washed, charged, started, covered or adjusted while a vehicle stands. See the refusals.
- Not a way to reach an operator directly. We place the reservation and pass on their number for the day of travel.
05Changing or cancelling
Read the cancellation policy so you know which window applies, then telephone. A change is easier and usually cheaper than a cancellation, and notice decides it: early enough and the same operator generally just carries the new dates.
